1)Modelling:

Focucing on thev initial letter sound f the days of the week. Learners practice overwriting capital letters M T W TH F S S. – initialnday of week letters.Teacher holds up initial letter to elicit day of week from leaners that it stands for.

3)Drilling: : 1)students tell a poem; 2) learners are given jumbled initial cards of days of week and have to put them in order

4)Fixing:

1.learners make a Days of the week collage. Teacher provides learners with a week calendar glue and a range of different images to cut out and stick on different days .

2.do tasks in ba pupil’s book

Bingo”game Students are given a flower-shaped sheets of paper. They are to write 8 words relevant to the topic. Then each of the students reads out a word by word whereas others are cross out them if they have ones.
