Healthy Food.
We need healthy food to stay healthy. Good food has a lot of vitamins, protein and minerals. Vitamins are important for your eyes, skin, bones, hair and other parts of the body. There are vitamins in many types of food. Vitamins help to grow and stay healthy. Protein helps to grow and gives us energy. There is protein in meat, fish and milk. Minerals make our bones and teeth strong. There are different types of minerals in milk, vegetables, eggs, meat and cereals. Water is important for us . Drink lots of water every day.
Onion is good for or nerves. Green tea is good for our teeth. Apricot is good for our skin. Carrots are good for our eyesight. Banana is good for our muscles.
