And I must seek for mine, Sits and smiles on the night.

We took a map and discussed our plans. At the end of the evening we decided to start on Saturday. We continued to discuss the plans for some evenings. On Friday we met and began to pack. We put our things on the floor in the middle of the room. Then we brought a large bag for clothes and two big baskets for food and dishes. Then we sat down and looked at the things…..

I came into the room and saw a tall man in black. The man looked at me and said, “She is small. How old is she?”
“Ten years”
“So small?” The man looked at me for some time, then asked me:
“Your name, little girl?”
“Jane Eyre, sir.”
“Well, are you a good girl?”
I didn’t answer. Mrs. Reed answered for me: “It’s better to say nothing about that, Mr.Brocklehurst.”

Alice didn’t like to be in this hall; she wanted to go home. Then suddenly she saw a small table made of glass. There was nothing on the table but a little key. Alice took the key and tried to open the doors with it but it was too small.
Then Alice found a small door and opened it with the key. There was another low corridor in front of her and of it she saw a garden with trees and flowers in it.

“I have very little to pay the boys if I ask them to help me,” Tom said to himself. He thought a little, then took the brush and began to work again. Soon Ben Rogers came up. He had an apple in his hand. He stopped and looked at Tom. Tom didn’t stop working. Then Ben said: “Tom! What are doing?” Tom didn’t answer but looked at the fence with attention.

TheTwitsandtheMonkeys
a) That meant that the monkeys had to do everything upside down. They had to dance upside down (on their hands with their feet in the air). They had to play football upside down. They had to balance one on top of the others upside down, with Muggle – Wump at the bottom and the smallest baby monkey at the very top.
b) Well, in the old days, they had both worked in a circus as monkey trainers. They used to teach monkeys to do tricks and to dress up in human clothes and to smoke pipes and all the rest of that nonsense.
c) All this sounds pretty silly to you and me. It sounded pretty silly to the monkeys, too. They absolutely hated having to do this upside – down nonsense day after day. It made them sick standing on their heads for hours on end.
d) In one of the corners of their garden Mr. and Mrs.Twit had a big cage were with four monkeys in it. The monkeys in the cage were all one family. They were Muggle – Wump and his wife and their two small children. But what on earth were Mr. and Mrs.Twit doing with the monkeys in the garden?
e) They even had to eat and drink upside down and that is not an easy thing to do because the food and water has to go up your throat instead of down it. In fact, it is almost impossible, but the monkeys simply had to do it otherwise they got nothing.
