The topic of our lesson is «Healthy way of life». We are going to speak about health. We will discuss ways to stay healthy.
III. Введение в ситуацию. Warming up.
What does it mean “to be fit?” The dictionary says that this expression means «to be in a good physical form».
What do you need to be fit? Doctors explain that several things are important:
1) what food you eat
2) how you take care of your body and your clothes
3) what daily habits you have
4) how often you exercise
Let’s begin with the revision of the most common ways of keeping feet. Try to answer the questions quickly.
Do you think it is important to look great? (Yes, I do. I think it is important to look great.)
What do you do to look great? (I go in for running).
Is it healthy to go in for swimming? (In my opinion, it is useful. I become strong and energetic.)
Which is your favourite sport ? (I like playing hockey.)
Are you good at playing hockey? (Yes, I am. I took part in different matches.)
Can healthy food help us to look wonderful? (Yes it can. Healthy food can help us look wonderful.)

The first task for you is to name tree purposes to keep fit. The second task is to name five ways to keep fit. You will have three minutes to do this task.
Now let us see, what rules should we do if we want to keep fit:
-get up early and go to bed early;
-do sport;
-take regular exercises;
-take a cold shower every day;
-eat healthy food and never smoke;
-wash the hands before you eat and clean your teeth twice a day.
