 The procedure of the lesson.

 I. Organization moment.

 a) Greeting.         

 b) T- I want to get more information about you. Come up to me and stand in a circle. Let us answer the questions.

- What is your name?

- What is your surname?

- What is your address?

- Where are you form?

- What is your telephone number?

- What is your favourite colour?

- Do you like English?

- Boys and girls, I see you are so clever and nice, I love you very much. Thank you!  Take your seats.

 II. Psychological moment. (slide1)

- You are so happy as these animals!

- You are so merry as this sun!

- You are so beautiful as these flowers!

- You are so friendly as these friends! (Work with an active board)

 III. Phonetic drill. (slide2)

T- Let s tell a poem about seasons.

Spring is green,

Summer is bright.

Autumn is yellow,

Winter is white. (T- C1- P1, P2, P3. Work with an active board)

IV. Revision. (slide3)

T- Dear children, let s remember about the seasons. How many seasons are there in a year?

CI- there are 4 seasons; spring, summer, autumn, winter.

T- How many months are there in a year?

CL-There are 12 months.

T- Let s remember the names of months.

CI- January, February, etc.

T – Look at the screen and try to match seasons with the months.(slide4)

V. Presentation.(slide5)

T- Look at the screen: this is a famous actor Jean- Claude Van Damme. He asks you when your birthday is.

P1- My birthday is in May.

P2- My birthday is in summer.

P3- My birthday is in April.

T – Today we have a demonstrative lesson. We will speak about our birthdays.

At first let s study new grammar material.(slides9-13)

Prepositions of time(мезгіл демеулігі)

In May

On 9 May

We write:             We say (read):

On 9 May             On the 9th of May

On 13 January      One the 31st of January

Cardinal and ordinal numbers

One = first         four+ th =fourth

Two = second    six + th = sixth

Three = third     eleven + th = eleventh

T- Open your books at page 71, ex.1. Read the dialogue. (T – CI- P1, P2, P3.)

The theme of the lesson: “School canteen”.

- Do you have your classes in the morning or in the afternoon?

- Where do you have your lunch?

- Do you take your snack with you?

- Do you have a canteen at school?

Now, let s read the text “School canteen”.

In British school there are lessons in the morning and in the afternoon. Many children eat lunch at school. The food is very healthy there. There is salad and there are vegetables, there aren’ t any chips or crisps and there ish’t any ice- cream or chocolate. Some children in Britain schools don’s eat pork and some children don’t eat any meat. These children choose a vegetable meal.

There are – көпше түрде

Passive voice- ырықсыз етіс.

Ырықсыз етіс деп істі кімнің істегендігі көрсетілмейб не істегендігін көрсетілген етістіктің түрін айытамыз.

A passive verb is a form of be+ a passive participle.

e.g. is bought, are cleaned, questions in the way as in active sentences.

Milk isn’t bought by me.

Where is the bread baked?

The room hash’s been cleaned yet.

We ues be+ a passive participle after will, going to, can, must.

The exercises will be done tomorrow.

The exercises are going to be done.

The exercises can be done orally.

The exercises must be done in time.
