Objective: to revise the words.
Procedure: Teacher draws Tic-tac-toe grid.
One pupil from each team comes to the blackboard. Teacher asks or shows the word in English pupils should tell the translation who tells the first puts X. The second pupil then if answers correctly puts O in any cell. The pupil who will be the first to put three continuous marks by answering correctly is the winner.

New Year’s Day – we celebrate New Year’s Day on the 1st of January. We give presents, get presents, dance and sing songs on New Year’s Day.
Women’s Day – is in March. On the 8th of March we give our mothers presents.
Navruz – is Asian New Year. We celebrate it on the 21st of March. At Navruz we eat special food-sumalak, plant trees and flowers, dance and sing songs.
Independence Day – is on the 1st of September. We usually watch fireworks on Independence Day.
Teacher’s Day – we celebrate Teacher’s Day in October. We usually give our teachers flower, sing songs and dance.
Constitution Day – it is celebrated on the 8th of December.
