All learners will be able to: L1 recognise short instructions for basic classroom routines spoken slowly and distinctly. S3 pronounce basic words. R1 recognise initial letters in names and places.
Most students will be able to: use can\can’t to say what they can\ can’t do.
S3 pronounce basic words and expressions intelligibly
Answer the teacher's question
Some students will be able to: make basic personal statements and simple statements about objects
Language objective    Learners can: understand the main points of the theme and understand and respond to short, basic, supported and unsupported classroom instructions
    Key words and phrases: can\can’t, bike, football, skipping rope, slide.
    Useful classroom language for dialogue:
Is it.? Yes,it is| No,it isn't What colour is it? It's.
Previous learning    In the previous lesson learners developed listening and speaking skills while studying numbers. Yes. No.
