Listen to me very carefully and try to understand the meanings of the words.

Nowadays there are a lot of endangered species of animals. It is illegal to import ivory, a horn and a tusk, because it damages our environment. Every animal has his habitat. Animals are united into a herd.

Species − вид.

Еndangered − підданий небезпеці.

Illegal − нелегальний.

To damage − завдавати збитків.

To import − імпортувати.

Fine. Open your dictionaries and write down the words: а habitat, a herd, a horn, ivory, species, a tusk, endangered, illegal, to damage, to import.

1. It’s a plant or animal which is gone forever like a Tasmanian wolf or a dodo bird. There are no such species in the world nowadays.
