Конспект урока английского языка по теме «Зоопарк» 4 класс

Цель:

1. Привитие интереса к изучению иностранного языка;

2. Систематизация и обобщение материала по теме «Животные».

Задачи:

1. Совершенствовать лексические навыки по теме «Животные».

2. Тренировать учащихся в использовании изученных структур.

3. Развивать умение говорения (описание животного).

3. Совершенствовать умение поискового чтения на материале текста «The Moscow Zoo».

3. Развивать память, внимание.

4. Развивать целеустремленность, активность.

5. Развивать интеллектуальные способности.

6. Воспитывать внимательное отношение к животным.

Оборудование урока: учебник ( УМК С.Г. Тер-Минасовой ), картинки с изображением животных, магнитофон.

Ход урока:

1. Приветствие.

-Hello boys and girls! Sit down, please! I'm glad to see you!

I have forgotten to write the theme or the lesson. Look at the pictures and guess the theme of our lesson.

Подвести детей к ответу «Zoo». (Where can we watch animals?). Слово watch написано на доске, обратить внимание детей на перевод – наблюдать.

So, the theme of our lesson is ZOO.

2. Целеполагание.

Today we are going to work with words, questions, text, animals (на доске карточки с этими словами). Учащиеся с помощью вопросов учителя формулируют цели урока.

What can we do with the words?

Возможные ответы детей: revise, read, translate.

Учитель: We are going to revise the words.

What can we do with questions? Возможные ответы детей: ask, answer.

Yes, ask and answer the questions.

What about the text? Возможные ответы детей: read, translate, answer the questions, find sentences… You are right, we are going to read the text and learn how to describe animals.

1) Найди животное по описанию.

It lives in the jungle. It eats leaves, grass and fruit.

2) Подобрать слово.

7. Новый материал. Описание животного. Работа по плану.

Today we’ll learn how to describe the animals. When we see an animal we can say it is domestic.

This animal is … (thin, big, small).

It has got … ( whiskers, a tail).

It’s … (white, black).

It can… (run, jump, fly).

It lives … (in the…).

It eats … (leaves, grass, fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, bread).

Далее учитель по плану описывает крокодила, затем совместно с учениками лису.

Now let’s work in groups. Каждая группа получает картинку с животным, которое должна описать.

Don’t show the pictures to other pupils. Listen to your riddles and guess what animal it is.

8. Физкультминутка. (выполнение движений).

And I can jump, of course!

And I can climb like that!

I’m a fish! I’m a fish!

And I can swim, splish, splish!

b) Исполнение песни.

Animals in our zoo.

There are lots of animals in our zoo.

Lions, tigers and kangaroos.

Bears and monkeys and zebras too.

We love the animals and they love you.

There are lots of animals in our zoo.

Snakes, penguins and cockatoos.

Goats, penguins and elephants too.

We love the animals and they love you.

9. Работа с текстом.

I invite you to the Moscow Zoo. Open your books at page 82. We have already read this text. But I want you to read the text one by one.

Чтение по цепочке.

Проверка понимания: If you agree show me a red card. If you disagree show me a green card.

- 1. The Moscow Zoo is the smallest zoo in Russia.

- 2. The Moscow Zoo is in Great Britain.

+ 3. You can see a lot of wild animals and birds there.

+ 4. The Moscow Zoo is in the center of the city.

+ 5. In the Zoo there are small mountain for some animals.

- 6. There is no warm house for animals from the jungle.

+ 7. There is a big lake for birds that like swimming.

+ 8. Little children can watch small farm animals.

- 9. I can come to the Zoo on Monday

10. Answer the questions:

• Where is the Moscow Zoo?

• When is the Zoo open?

• What animals can we see there?

• What is there for different animals?

Дети отвечают на вопросы, учитель открывает опорные слова.

11. Объяснение домашнего задания.

Your home task is to make a project “My Zoo”. Imagine that you have opened a zoo. Draw it and write about it (use the plan).

You can choose another task. It’s less interesting but you can do it. Little Sam want to go to the Moscow Zoo. Answer his questions. Ex.4 p.82.

12. Подведение итогов.

Children, you have been active today. Thanks for your work.

But you should remember that animals and birds are our friends. Never hurt animals, feed them in winter and take care of nature.

13. a) Рефлексия деятельности.

Children, think about your work at the lesson. Draw a yellow star if you know the words, can answer the questions and describe animals. Draw a blue card if you need my help or your parents’ help.

b) Рефлексия настроения и эмоционального состояния.

Boys and girls, if you are fine, happy at our lesson give me these cards, so-so – these cards, if you are not well give me these cards. (дети кладут в коробочку карточки с изображением смайликов).
