Цель: Совершенствование лексических навыков по теме «Mass media. Television. »

Задачи урока:

Учебная – Актуализировать лексику по теме «Mass media. Television»;
Развивающая – Активизировать умения использовать лексику по теме «Mass media. Television. »;
Воспитательная–Формирование коммуникативной и информационной компетентности учащихся.

Тип урока: традиционный – урок закрепление

Оборудование: компьютер с программным обеспечением, учебник, тетрадь, раздаточный материал.

We’ll try to make our lesson useful and interesting. Today we are having Third lesson on Mass Media and our aim is to generalize our knowledge on this question and to get to know something new concerning mass media.	Воспитанницы слушают педагога
Основной этап Направлен на освоение учащимися лексическими единицами по теме телевидение, через выполнение упражнений в учебнике. Развитие навыков понимания иноязычной речи путем прослушивания аудио текста. Развитие навыков чтения через выполнение упражнения в учебнике и на карточке	To begin with the words, read them and then you should pass me the words. P.29. ex.8,1 Now we must do ex.7, p. 29 to fix the words we will do ex.9.p 31 then read the text what we watch Аудирование.	Сдают слова педагогу на оценку Выполняют упражнение Читают и переводят текст Слушают запись и повторяют за диктором
Заключительный этап направлен на подведение итогов урока, рефлексия, выставление отметок	Well, students all the tasks have been done. Your home task will be to do ex.12,13,14.p. 33 – 34 And I’d like to know your opinion about the lesson.	Записывают домашнее задание и высказывают свое мнение о пройденном уроке.

There is no doubt that TV helps us to learn more about the world, to know and see many new things.
I see what you mean, but TV can make us passive. We don’t have to think and our brains become lazy.
I’m sorry, but I can’t agree with you because TV presents information to us in a more effective way than books. It can also make things more memorable.
Don’t forget that it may lead to poor health, overstrains eyes and obstructs our minds.
But can’t you see that it’s an enjoyable way to relax. TV informs, educates and it’s good company for people who live alone.
I’m afraid I’m not of the same opinion. It eats up time. More over it’s like a drug impossible to resist, it kills conversation. People begin to forget other ways to occupy their spare time.
To my mind TV brings us closer to other people, and helps us to cope with everyday life.
But I personally think there is too much violence on TV. It makes people especially children cruel and violent themselves.
In short word, nobody makes you to watch TV. If you don’t like it switch off your TV set.
You could be right. Really TV has both advantages and disadvantages and it’s up to us to decide how to use it.

- I adore watching MTV it combines live music and interviews with famous people.

- I’m excited about Sport. It shows the best competitions and sport events.

- My favorite channel is NTV. This channel is devoted to all kinds of programmes: documentaries, discussions, current affairs.

- I’m impressed by Russian channel. It provides general entertainment: soaps, quizzes, specialized topics

How often do you usually watch TV?

- I’m a telly addict. I watch TV 4 or5 hours a day. It doesn’t really matter what the programmes are. I just use them to relax.

- I watch TV only when I have free time. As a rule in the evening.

- I watch TV only when interesting programmes are shown.

What types of programmes are your favorite?

- I’m impressed by police series because the acting is very good and the story line is interesting.

- I enjoy watching interviews with famous people as I adore gossip and scandals.

- My favorite programmes are documentaries. They keeps me informed about the rest of the world.

- I’m interested in soaps. They help me to escape from boring school life.

Thank you for your interview. Analyzing the results, I can say that you have a wonderful possibility to watch different channels and the most popular are NTV, Russia, Sport, MTV. On the whole most of you are well aware of the fact that too much television is harmful for you. As for favorite channels tastes differ. I hope that the article will be interesting.
