Урок проводится в виде экскурсии по Лондону, где в качестве гидов выступают учащиеся , рассказывают о самых известных достопримечательностях Лондона. Остальные учащиеся задают гиду вопросы по теме, вступают в диалог с гидом . Так происходит закрепление изученной лексики и грамматики в деле, на практике. Презентаций по данной теме так много, что нет смысла вам их предлагать . А ,вот, структура урока ,надеюсь, пригодится. Желаю удачи.

Тема урока: «London sights tour».
Цели урока: 1. Закрепить в речи учащихся ЛЕ по теме.
2. Развивать навыки диалогических и монологических
высказываний.
3.Совершенствовать навыки чтения.
4.Продолжать знакомство учащихся с культурой столицы
страны изучаемого языка.
Ход урока.
1.Организационный момент .
T- Stand straight, please. Good morning, children! Sit down, please.
Who is on duty today? Make up report on duty.
P1- Today is the … of March. Today is Monday. It’s cloudy, windy and wet. All are present.
T- Thank you, sit down, please.
2. Look at the blackboard. The theme of our lesson is “London sights tour”. I think you’ll be interesting for you.
So,dear boys and girls, our tour agency welcome you to London. Before we take our tickets and go to the double decker, I want you to look through advertisments which are on your desks and repeat after me some names of London sights:
Tower Bridge
In chorus Big Ben
The houses of Parliament
Trafalgar Square
St. Paul’s Cathedral
Buckingham Palace
Westminster Abbey
The Thames

P1 – Cl: As you know , London is one of the largest cities in the world. About seven million people live there. London is more than two thousand years old. London’s most popular sights are Tower Bridge, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Trafalgar Square, St. Paul’s Cathedral and many others.
If you don’t mind we start from Trafalgar Square. Look at the window of the bus and our guide will tell us about this square.
P2 – Cl: Hello, my name is Kate. Look, there is a statue of Admiral Nelson in the centre of the square. He defeated the French in the Battle near Trafalgar in 1805.
Now we are making our way to Buckingham Palace where lives the queen. When the flag is flying on the top, she is at home.

P3 – Cl: Hello. My name is Iliya. Look at the window and you can see the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. Big Ben is one of the most famous clock in the world.
So, in a moment we will be near Westminster Abbey. It is a royal church. There are many tombs of British kings and queens and other famous people.
P4 – Cl: Hello, my name is Nastya. Now we are crossing Tower Bridge over the river Thames. Here you can see the Tower of London. It was a fortress, a royal palace and later a prison. It is a museum now. There are a lot of interesting collections of art in the Tower of London.
