Clothes and fashion The theme of the lesson Lesson objectives  Assessment Criteria   Learning objectives     -Apply subject specific vocabulary All learners will be able to:  - Apply topical vocabulary and syntax to talk about the clothes -To tell a limited range of general and curricular topics 7.S7  use arropriate subject specific vocabulary and syntax to talk about a range of general topics, and some curricular topics Most learners will be able to: -Make up sentences using vocabulary in written form 7.L4 understand with little support some of the implied meaning in extended talk on a limited range of general and curricular topics  7.W8 spell most high-frequency vocabulary accurately for a growing range of familiar general and curricular topics.  -Answer the questions with little support of the implied meaning of general and curricular topics Some learners will be able to:   - Make up some sentences using some words with support   `   Cross curricular links: The Kazakh Language, Russian, Art Values links:   Communicative, friendly atmosphere Previous learning Healthy habits. “Hot seating” method. Language objectives Key words: T-shirt, clothes, dress, hat, coat, skirt, shoes.Useful classroom language Asking and answering the questions.1.How many hours of sleep do you need ?2.How does sleep help you? 3.What causes insomnia? What are you wearing?  What do you wear in summer?

Assessment Rainbow Learners put the stickers with their names to rainbow on the blackboard. They show their understanding(or mood) putting the stickers from low blue colour to high orange colour. “ Orange” 10- 15 = excellent “ Green”5-10= good “ blue” 2-5= poor Name Learner 1 Makes up sentences Learner 2 Uses words Matches the pictures Learner 3 Making a poster Total

Rainbow

Learners put the stickers with their names to rainbow on the blackboard. They show their understanding(or mood) putting the stickers from low blue colour to high orange colour.

Summary evaluation Reflection   -Completing text -Making a poster activity were very interesting for pupils Using ICT I should improve learners speaking abilities -  Students’ speaking skills should be improved -  Activities helped them involve developing to know more English new words.   The lesson objectives were realistic. Most learners achieved lesson objectives. Pupils were interested the lesson and they were active. I used new methods and approaches. One of my pupils at previous lesson was passive, but today his participation was active. In the future I will try to use more strategies.
