The aims of the competition: a / to develop communicative skills and abilities

                                               b / to stimulate students interests to study English

                                                c / to bring up the feeling of friendship

Steps of the competition.

Procedure of the competition

 

Hello, boys and girls! Today we have a competition between two teams. Let us greet them.

Presentation

Students name themselves, say a few words about their likes and dislikes.

Are you good at mathematics

Count and say the sums / the sums are given to each team on the cards /6 cards/

13 +16 = 29

33+ 45 = 78

125 – 65= 60

284 – 102= 182

Find the words

Complete the words 

8 letters are given to each team, answering the questions students must guess the word and complete the word, standing in the right order. The letters are stuck on students  backs  and  chests. For  each  team – 5 questions.

   3. Zhaik  is a river,  Balkhash  is a _______ / lake /

   4. Іс- ?рекетті білдіретін етістік /make /

  3. Synonym of the word  food  / meal /
