Урок на тему «Healthyfood» в 4 и 6 классах
Тема: Здоровые привычки.
Цели урока: систематизировать знание учащихся по теме «Еда»; активизировать употребление изученных лексических единиц в речи учащихся; развивать умения и навыки устной речи; познакомить учащихся с понятием полезная и вредная еда; совершенствовать технику чтения вслух и полностью понимать текст, построенный на знакомом языковом материале; приобщать к самостоятельности в выполнении заданий.
Оборудование: учебник, раздаточный материал с заданиями, тематические картинки
Тип урока: обобщение и систематизация знаний и умений.

Pupil 1: A balanced diet is based on bread and grains (foods like rice and cereal). These foods give you fibre, iron and vitamin B. At least 40% of what you eat every day should be types of food in this category.
Pupil 2: You should eat plenty of vegetables and fruit every day to make sure you get enough potassium and vitamins A, C and E.
Pupil 3: Dairy products. Types of food in this category, like milk and cheese, have lots of calcium and vitamin D. These two elements protect your bones. You should consume milk, cheese or yoghurt every day.
Pupil 4: Meat, fish and beans This category also includes eggs and nuts. These types of food give you iron, magnesium and protein. While meat, such as chicken, is better for you than fatty, red meat.

1. You should sit up straight.
2. You shouldn’t eat with your fingers.
3. You shouldn’t put your elbows on the table.
4. You should put your dirty knife, spoon and fork on your plate.
5. You shouldn’t talk with your mouth full.
6. You shouldn’t lick your fingers.
7. You shouldn’t eat off the knife.
8. You shouldn’t leave your spoon in your cup when drinking tea or coffee.
9. If your food is too hot you shouldn’t blow.
10. You should say «Thank you» after the meal.

1. Before we start, we should wash our hands. Washing your hands is a very important thing to do before you touch or eat food.
2. Then we should put on an apron. An apron will help our clothes clean when we cook.
3. Next we need our recipe. Our recipe will tell us what we need to make pizza.
4. First you should roll out dough.
5. We should spread tomato sauce on the dough.
6. We should add cheese.
7. We should add mushrooms.
8. Some people like peppers on their pizza.
9. When we finish putting on our favourite toppings, our recipe tells us the pizza goes into the oven to bake.
10. When it’s all done we get to eat it! No matter what topping we use, we all like to eat pizza.
