Teacher: Let`s begin our lesson. You see, children, today we`ll speak about «Health problem». We`ll read the text and translate it. Comparing some diagram, working in pairs and answering questions.
Now, open your books and copybooks write down the day and the theme of our lesson. I`d like you to work with the pictures, put the following pictures into the right column, answering the following questions:
What foods are good for you?
What foods are bad for you?

Teacher: Let`s read the sentences about things in food and decide if it is good or bad. Tick the correct form.
Exersice 4, p.105 Good Bad
Protein gives you energy +
And helps you grow.
Fat is also gives you energy
But animal fat in meat, eggs +
And cheese has got cholesterol in it.
A lot of sugar can make you fat. +
Vitamins help you grow and +
stay healthy.
I`d like you to read the text «Health Farm» and try to translate it, but before reading the text let`s check up the meaning of new words in your dictionary.

Karen was 13 years old. She weighed 80 kilos and was 1.55 m tall. Karen usually had a large bowl of cereal with a few spoons of sugar for breakfast. At school she always bought a chocolate at break time and every lunch time she had fried chicken and chips. In the evening Karen had more fried food and ate a packet of biscuits or box of chocolates in front of TV.
Karen never ate any fruit and fresh vegetables.
Health farm helped Karen with her diet and exercise plan. She now eats lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and goes swimming regularly-she never did any sport before. She now weigh 60 kilos and is still losing weight.

In conclusion of our lesson we`ll take the proverb. Match two parts of the proverb.
