Learning objectives(s) that this lesson is contributing to		1. L3 recognise with support simple greetings recognise the spoken form of a limited range of basic and everyday classroom words 1.R3 Recognize some very high frequency words from local environment 1.S2 Begin to use intonation to signal questions in basic exchanges 1.W2 Form some lower case letters of regular size and shape
Lesson objectives		All learners will be able to: • listen and repeat the words, follow the instruction according to the task Most learners will be able to: • recognise and name some words according to the topic, follow the instruction according to the task Some learners will be able to: • recognise and name most of the words according to the topic, follow the instruction according to the task
Success criteria		Students will have succeeded in this class if they: Imitate pronunciation of words clearly and distinctly; Demonstrate earnest effort at following teacher directions; Speak individually at least six times.

Beginning minutes	Warm up • T calls out one S to play the game “Can you guess?” S should act out words of TRANSPORTS the others should guess and say the word in English: BUS, TRAIN,TRAM,CAR, PLANE, BIKE • Teacher shows PPT and repeat some words and initial letters of transport				PPT
Middle 30 minutes	Teacher revise counting and names of the transport with the help on video Teacher give out worksheet -1. Give a worksheet to a learner and ask to read and draw line (name of the transport and picture). Differentiation – struggling learners will be given more prompts to help them speak. More able learners will be encouraged to make their speaking more complex.			Assessment - Class member names will be recorded and the number of phrases they can repeat with one beginning and one intermediate prompt will serve as a progress check.
