Learners stand up in a circle and pictures are distributed to each pupil then they name subjects. Pupils speak about School Subjects: English, Geography, Music, History, Maths, Science, Art, Physical Education [PE], Design &Technology [D&T]), Information &Communication Technology [ICT]






5Ws Learners answer the question.

-What is your favourite subject?

-My favourite subject is English.

-Who is your favourite teacher?

After that divided pupils in to three groups trough the pictures.

1st group – Globe

2nd group – ICT

3rd group- PE

Place: Cabaret style

This simple activity can activate topical vocabulary which is with school subjects and develop speaking skills


Assessment teacher assesses pupils orally (Super, well done, smart)


(W, f) Presentation of the theme and objectives of the theme

Think and tell what is the lesson’s theme today? Give some variants

Pupils predict the theme of lesson ‘School subjects’
