Цель: формирование коммуникативных умений и навыков.

Задачи:

• развивать внимание, мышление, интеллектуальные способности учащихся;
• воспитывать умение работать в коллективе;
• формировать у учащихся уважение к языку, стране изучаемого языка.

Тип урока: систематизация и обобщение полученных знаний.

Оборудование:

• карта Великобритании;
• флажки, изображающие национальный флаг Великобритании;
• символы стран Соединённого королевства;
• проектор;
• компьютер; .

Орг.момент:

Hello my dear friends! I’m glad to see you. Sit down, please. Today we have an unusual lesson “Who knows the country!” You will show us your knowledge of the UK, because our lesson is devoted to this country. We’ll speak about the sights, the capital, some interesting facts. My dear friends, we’ll have several tasks at the lesson and you should do them. At the end of the lesson you have to express your thoughts about the country in the one word.

The was an old man in the South West
Who wear a pale, yellow-colored vest
When they asked: “Does it fit?”
He replied:” Not a bit!”
But that was an old man of the South West.
