Setting . State school where students start to learn English from 5 grade and have 2 hours per week
Background. Today it is impossible to imagine our life without radio and TV are widely used in our life. It is one of the quickest means of spreading news and information. Radio and TV keep us informed about current events ,the latest developments in science and politics and offer a great
number of programmes which are both instructive and entertaining. They give us a lot of useful information.
How important is the Internet for you? Why do you like to watch TV? Do you watch TV every day?What do you think about advanced technologies?
Learning Objectives/Expected Results
Target Language: Revision of modal verbs (should/shouldn’t ,must/ mustn’ t have to /don’t have to) and vocabulary:
(to relax, news, radio, TV, Discovery Channels, Europe Plus, Hit FM, broadcast, adventure movies,
detective movies, war movies, comic movies, exciting, share, pay much attention)

Teacher corrects speakers in the group and I encourages them to speak in English ,helping them with
vocabulary. If students makes mistakes, teacher makes notes to work at them later. Students take
responsibility working in groups discussing their project issues and assess each other.
