The theme: “ International Organizations”

Aims:

Educational: presentation of words of cooperation and political terms. To teach of

using of modal verbs: ‘should’ and ‘ought to’

Development: to develop students’ skills in reading, understanding, writing, speaking and

describing systems, comparing international organizations.

Bringing up: bring up to be educated, cultural and kind.

Visual aids: textbook, computer, pictures, information from Internet, slides, cards.

Here are the emblems of some international organizations which work in KZ.

- Using your mobiles phones and the Internet find out the information about them.

- match the name of international organization and its aims.

The world bank - financial and technical help to developing countries.

Save the children - promotion of children's rights.

Tacis - provides grant financed technical assistance to 12 countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

The British Council - educational and cultural relationships between Britain and other countries.

- The IELTS test is very difficult to pass. People need much time to prepare to the IELTS. The test consists of 4 exams - Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. The test is not free. You must pay some money to pass it. For Almaty and Astana the price is 45000 tenge, and for others regions of KZ 55000 tenge.

Here is an example of vocabulary test from the IELTS.

There are 10 questions. for each question you have 10 seconds, in general 100 seconds.
