At first, pupils, I want to begin our lesson with happy circle. All of you come here and make a circle and to have a good atmosphere we must to say only good words to our classmates, like:

“You are so kind”, “You are beautiful today”, “You are so clever”, “You have many good friends”, “Your character is so good”

Then pupils divide into groups using pictures, they must conflate parts of the pictures and have two groups: 1) Baiterek; 2)Big Ben

Today we have a new vocabulary:

North – [ no:ө] – северный

South– [sauө] - южный

West– [west] – западный

East – [і:st] –восточный

Mountain – [‘mauntin]-гора

Forest- [‘forist]- лес

Lake - [leik]- озеро

Island – [‘ailәnd]- остров

River – [‘rivә]- река

Beach – [bi:tʃ]- пляж

Cliff – [klif]- утес, обрыв

Explaining the new material

Presentation of the new material. Look at the slides. You can see places of interest. The Monument Astana-Baiterek, Medeu Shymbulak, Central State Museum, Akhorda, Duman Centre, Londons most famous sights are: Big Ben, Tower Bridge and Houses of Parliament.

Reading the text.

This is my fantasy island. I like to dream about it. I think it`s beautiful. It has high mountains, a beautiful beach and green forests. At night, when the room is dark, I close my eyes and dream about my island. I`d like to go there some day and build a house.

Speaking

Speak about your dream vacation. Where do you want to go? What do you want to see?

Grammar

-Тhere is / there are используют, когда хотят сказать, что что-то существует (или не существует) или находится где-то. Подлежащее (предмет, о котором идет речь) ставится после глагола, а на первое место ставится слово there.

There is мы используем, если речь идет об одном предмете, а There are-

о нескольких.

There is a book on the shelf.- На полке книга. Там есть(находится) книга на полке.

There are books on the shelf.- На полке книги.

Порядок слов в предложении с there is/there are

1 место	2 место	3 место	4 место
There	Be(в нужной форме)	Что(кто) находится	Где находится
There	Is	a cat	In the room
There	are	cats	In the street

Отрицательная форма образуется добавлением частицы not. Мы можем сократить there is not= there isn’t и there are not= there aren’t.

Game “Bus stop” . Pupils will take the letter and write words in different themes

Food, clothes, transport and city.

Envelope-question. Match the places and their sightseeing.
