The theme: Our beautiful world

The objectives of the lesson: Pupils will be able to compare people, animals and

                                                 things using degrees of comparison of adjectives.

  1. Educational: to form pupils’ skills in reading, speaking and writing
  2. Developing: to enlarge pupils’ vocabulary with new words, develop  their grammar and speech
  3. Teaching: to bring up pupils to be interested in language

The type of the lesson: mixed

Visualities: pictures, presentation, interactive board, cards, CD

 

The procedure of the lesson

  1. Organization moment

 

  • Who is on duty today?                    - We  are on duty today
  • Who is absent today?                    
  • What day is it today?                      
  • What date is it today?                     
  • What is the weather like today?

P: I think the weather is good today because: The sun is shining brightly. The sky is blue. It’s not snowy. It’s not windy. It’s not wet. That’s why the weather is good today.

  1. Warm up

-Look at the blackboard. We can see new words. You  must listen and repeat after me. Let’s begin.

  • Do you remember the poem “Hello girls and boys”? Let’s recite it together.
