Starter (5 min) Divide into groups and cast role.

Warm up (5-10 minutes) Write on the board: Today I’m wearing…, At the weekend I often…, I’m learning how to… at the moment, I never…. Students complete sentences about themselves.

Assess each group complete the sentences.
Record any pupil who is very good at this activity
Main Activities (25-30 minutes) In groups students look at the questions and write answers about themselves. Then in pairs ask the questions and note the answers. Tell another student about your partner. Put these adjectives from the dialogue under the correct heading. Pay attention to Study tips. Listen to Gavin’s phone call from his Mum. Then answer the questions. Choose the correct word from the box to complete the email from Gavin.
