What is Zoo?

Zoo is a place where the different wood animals & the birds live there. It is a large park & each animal or bird lives in its cage.

The animals are divided into 2 groups.

Hen is a domestic animal.It gives to people chicken and egg. Hens like eating insects and seed.

Monkey is a wild animal. It has got long hands, so it can climb the trees easily.Monkeys like eating plants.

Sheep is a domestic animal. It gives to people milk to drink, meat to eat and wool for making diffetent clothes. Sheep likes eating grass.

Giraffe is a wild animal.It is the tallest animal in the world with long neck and legs. Giraffe has got many dark brown spots on its body. It lives in Africa. It likes eating grass.

Cat is a domestic animal.It is a sweety animal. It’s fur can be short and long, all white and many other patterns. It likes eating fish.

Bear is a wild animal. It can be white, brown and black.White bears like eating fish, brown bears like honey.

Cow is a domestic animal. Its colour ranges from white to brown with patches, with thin furry coat, two horns and a long thin tail.Cow gives us milk and meat.

Elephant is a wild animal.It is very big and strong. It has got a long trunk and large ears.They like eating plants.Elephants are used for transporting logs of wood.

Are the animals happy at the Zoo?

No, because they are in the cage.

No, because they are not free.

But we can see all these animals only at the Zoo.

Children enjoy to be at the Zoo,it is very funny there .
