Образовательная цель – закрепить лексический материал по теме «Великобритания, Лондон - столица Великобритании» при помощи викторины-квеста. совершенствовать навыки монологической и диалогической речи.

Развивающая цель – развивать память, логическое мышление, умение переносить свои знания в новую ситуацию; формирование готовности к участию в иноязычном общении.

Воспитательная цель – воспитывать культуру общения, научить учащихся уважать историю, традиции и обычаи английского народа, чтить культурные и исторические памятники Лондона.

Оборудование: пособие “Britain in brief”, учебник: Английский язык. 6 класс. Под редакцией Ваулиной Ю. Е. Москва, «Просвещение», 2016, картинки исторических и культурных памятников Лондона, ноутбук, видеокамера.

PROCEDURE

I. INTRODUCTION

Teacher: Hello, my dear friends! Today we will speak about a very interesting topic “The Sights of London”. We will speak about the capital of the UK London. You will travel through this extraordinary country with the help of the quiz or quest.

Now imagine yourself in the airplane in which you are flying to London to have a Christmas weekend.
