T: So, what were we discussing at the previous lesson?
P1: Last time we were discussing different kinds of fruit and vegetables and what should eat to be healthy and strong.
P2: We have learn that red food are good for protection from many serious illnesses, we should eat more tomatoes, apples, strawberries and water-melons to be active and energetic.
P3: We have known that green food is good when to relax, calm yourself down and keep our emotions under control. Eat more lettuce and cucumbers.
P4: Purple grape, plums, figs make people more creative. And yellow lemons melons and bananas are natures way of helping us to stay happy .
T: So you understood that we should eat food rich in vitamins, minerals, fibre protein and carbohydrates and we should eat less sugar and fat in sweets, fizzy drinks, chocolate and crisps.
By the way, do you remember modal verb “should ” , which we use to express general advise, it means sovet and after should we use the infinitive without “to”
And now look at the screen and say what you see.
P1: We see the problems of people. They are overweight, underweight, they have tooth decay and dry skin.
T: Thus, we are going to discuss health problems of the teens, these problems can be caused by different reasons. And these reasons we can find at the top of the p. 104: read and translate them one by one; imagine that you are one on the teens, you suffer from one the problems all the rest try to give them advise (use the table of ex. 2 p 104)
P1: We are all unique and special, most of as are not happy about our appearance and weight, but we should or try to live healthy lifestyle, eat healthy food and avoid junk food
T: I want you to watch short video, form 2 groups, one group will tell about healthy eating habits and the second group about unhealthy lifestyle.
P1: Cut out sugary drinks and snacks, avoid spicy foods and fizzy drinks.
P2: Eat fast or late at night, follow a rainbow diet.
P2: Eat more oil fish and nuts, drink more water.
T: Now, the second group.
P1: Take drugs and smoking, eat on the run.
P2: Follow sedentary life style, eat junk food.
P3: Sleep 3 – 5 hours.
