II.Beginning

Warm up.

Find the odd one out

S1 a pen, a book, a fox, a bag, a school.

Green, black, yellow, pink, nice.

A door, a dress, a table, a window, a desk.

Football, tennis, boxing, reading, wrestling.

White, brown, old, red, blue.

Now read the words in a line and read the odd word. Name the common word for each line.

Pupils read and find the odd word out

III.Checking up

Yes, boys and girls today we`ll speak about the colours and school objects

But at first let`s speak about our h/t sport activities

Using these expressions and words, ask and answer the questions about your favourite sport.

wrestling, swimming, tennis, football, boxing, running.

Pupils ask and answer the questions using the names of sport types and expressions

Let`s play a game and remember the questions and their answers.

Take one object from the box and ask his/ her neighbor:

«What colour is the pen?»

Running dictation.

There are 2 cards with the short texts on them.

I`ll hang up these sheets. One of you will be a writer and others will be runners.

Pupils run to the dictation and return back and say a word or sentence. A writer will write the dictation.
