Данный урок разработан для учебник 10 класса под ред. Карпюк. Тема урока "The World of jobs. Choosing a profession". Данный урок является первым уроком по этой теме. Представлена новые ЛЕ и грамматические структуры. Представлены все виды языковой компетенции. Поосле каждого этапа урока ученикам предлагается сделать вывод, который фиксикую на доске в виде оределенных "Моделей", с помощью которых в конце урока учащиеся могут рассказать о существующих профессиях, а так же и о своей.

- повторити ЛО теми «Професії» та активізувати їх в усному та писемному мовленні. Практикувати вживання нових лексичних одиниць.
- розвити навички монологічного та діалогічного мовлення.
- розвити навички аудіювання: сприймати текст на слух та читання.
- виховати інтерес до мови, сприяти формуванню усвідомленого відношення до вибору професії.
Обладнання:підручник, робочий зошит, картки для індивідуальної роботи, комп’ютер, мультимедійний проектор, презентаційні слайди.
PROCEDURE
І. INTRODUCTION.( 4 minutes)
1.Greeting
Good morning, dears!
I’m glad to see you! How are you getting on?
2. Warming-up
Boys and girls now we’ll have a poetry minute. Vanya has prepaid us a poet. You’ll listen to him and then be ready answer my questions

T: Our lesson today is unusual – we ‘ll speak about professions. It’s time for you to travel in the world of different professions and during the lesson we try to answer thequestions:
What professions do you know and what are the most famous professions nowadays?
What would you like to be?
We’ll try to find out which of profession will be top in the nearest future?
What has influenced your choice?
We’ll answer thethe question if knowledge of English will help you to be success?
But before we start I’ll give you some cards, you’ll complete them at the end of the lesson. Let’ start.

II. MAIN PART
1.Vocabulary Practice
T: There are many professions in the world. I am sure you know a lot of them. But can you name some categories of professions.
(Some professions are connected with working with machines, another – with people, there are many professions where people are connected with nature )
Let’s make the box with three categories:
Human and human

Human and machine
T: Now boys and girls look at the blackboard, try to guess what profession it is? And what category it can belong.
T: Now please try to tell me What are the most famous professions nowadays? Look at the blackboard where you can see the most popular profession in Ukraine.
And now we can say that:

Not all professions are popular but all of them are important!
2. Listening
«Top Careers of the Future»
In a year you’ll have to choose an occupation for yourselves. So you should know which careers are top, what professions will be required. Watch, listen and name these top careers and tell me what they must do
a)they deal with applications such as word processing, programs buyer's, protection programs

b)They may be training people on how to use the network
3)Personal and home care aides
c)They help people who can not do the routine tacit housekeeping such as : clean, cooking meals and others

d)We need them because hospitals want people to get home as fast as I can and the fact is people to recover better in home environment

e)Deal with people who have problems such as alcohol or tobacco or drugs
