• Good morning! We always begin our lessons with the question: “What is the weather like today?” It is very important question. If it is a nice day, we smile and are in a good mood. If it is a bad weather, it can spoil our mood. By the way, what is the weather like today?

1. Phonetic drill

1. The new theme

The theme of our lesson is “Season and weather”. That is why we have got four groups at the lesson: the first group is “Winter”, the second-“Spring”, the third-“Summer”, and the fourth-“Autumn”. I have got prize cards for you: snowmen are for “Winter”, snowdrops are for “Spring”, strawberries are for “Summer” and leaves are for “Autumn”. If your answer is right you will get a prize card. The group that has the most prize cards will be winner.
