Introduction	Greeting Warm-up. Brain storming Checking homework by working on cards	The ss participate Talking with the help of pictures Ss work on cards
Main stage	Explain criteria of assessment Presentation new lexis: Vocabulary: Blood, to breathe, without, depth, row, to swallow, to breed, to feed, breeding, edge, to weigh, a female, valuable. Ask questions “Brainstorming”	Repeat new words, give some examples and write definition in your vocabulary book. Ss talk about the animals in the photo, using English as much as possible. Ss answer the questions and give their opinion. Ss talk to your partner about your interview. (Reading and speaking) Talk to your partner. Read the words and find them in the text (exercise 12): Read and add some more information to the diagram (exercise 10).
Conclusion	Ss work in pairs. Ss work in groups. Give them text about grey whales and explain how they work on the text	Read the text and give mine ideas.
Assessment	Give the mark. Change with ss’ opinion	Ss assessment yourselves
Home work	Give the Ex 14 to the poor achievers, write short essay about animals in danger to the gifted ss
Reflection	Give cards to the ss to write down their point of view.	Ss write their opinion about the lesson they had and then they put some questions.
