-  express thoughts, ideas, experiences and feelings according  the theme ‘looking at the future and the environment’

- understand the opinion of the speaker’s with teachers support

Most learners will be able to:

- recognise the opinion of the speaker’s with a little gesture by teacher’s support

- express thoughts, ideas, experiences and feelings according to the theme ‘looking at the future and the environment’ with some support

Some learners will be able to:

- give an opinion at discourse level on a growing range of  topic without any support

Assessment criteria

- express their ideas and opinion about future and environment

- identify the position of speakers in an extended talk with

some support

- Convey fantasy ideas including emotions and senses

Greeting: Teacher greets the learners and checking for their attendance using questionnaires.

Psychological atmosphere. Pupils stay in a circle and wish good wishes next to them using the first letter of his/her name

Dividing into three groups by the strategy “Mozaika” using the pictures of natural disasters

Task 1. Listening

Text: “A Dolphin Asks For Help”

A ship was fishing near the Kuril Islands when the men saw a dolphin in the water. It was swimming towards their ship. The dolphin’s movements were strange. When it was nearer the men could see that there was an open wound on the dolphin’s body. It tried to jump on the ship, but it couldn’t. The fishermen took the dolphin on the ship. The ship’s doctor said that this animal needed operation. During the operation, which lasted for an hour and a half, the men threw sea water over the dolphin. When the doctor had finished the operation, the men let the dolphin go back into the water. There were a lot of dolphins near the ship and they greeted it and swam round it as if they wanted to help it and to protect it.Then they all swam near the ship for a long time. This was the way they thanked the ship’s doctor and the fishermen for the help they had given to one of them

I’m going to support my less able learners using facial expressions, by prompting and give them easier tasks. And one more I’m going to ask more able learners to support for their peers.

And I’m going to challenge the tasks for more able learners using difficult words and with discussing each others, doing internet searching


I’m going to encourage my learners using various formative assessment strategies by encouraging them by doing monitoring, checking the task,

giving feedback orally by peers and orally by me with the phrases like “Well done! Good for you!” after every task
