- активизировать лексику по теме;

- освоить употребление Pr., Past, Future Continuous

-воспитание уважения к культуре другой страны

- воспитание культуры поведения за столом

3. Развивающая

- развивать мотивацию к изучению английского языка;

- развивать коммуникативную компетенцию;

-развивать творческие способности обучающихся

Задачи:- закрепить лексику по теме «Еда»; развивать навыки аудирования, говорения, чтения, письма на основе изученной темы; повторить правило употребления Pr., Past, Future Continuous; научить правилам поведения за столом

1. Орг.момент. Приветствие.

T: Good morning, children! Who is on duty today?

P: Today is Friday the 26^th of December. All are present.

T: Thank you, sit down. Let’s begin our lesson.

AIM: Today we are going to talk about English meals. By the end of the lesson you should be able: - to activise lexical words on the topic;

• to know the rules of behavior at the table;

• to know using Pr., Past, Future Continuous.

And now, first of all, look at the blackboard and let’s read the motto of our lesson: “ Tastes differ”. ( Слайд 2) How do you think, what is it?

P: I think it is an English proverb.

T: What is the Russian equivalent of it?

P: «О вкусах не спорят».

T: Let’s talk about meals. How many meals a day do we usually have?

What is the time for breakfast? (lunch, dinner, supper)

GAME: Write as many words as you can about meals

1 raw – for breakfast and lunch

2 raw – for dinner and supper

T: Thank you. Lisa, come to the blackboard and check up lexical words, please.

Итоги: The pupils of the first raw have written the 1^st, but have made mistakes. Be attentive, please. Learn the words better.

3. CHECK UP HOME TASK

T: Your home task was to make up the text “My favourite meal” with the ending “Tastes differ”

7. Tale “ The Fox and the Crane”(Инсценировка сказки)

T: I know children always like to read stories and tales about animals. Let’s see and listen to the tale “ The Fox and the Crane”. Please listen attentively and then you’ll answer the question: “ Why are the fox and the crane no longer friends?”

T:Thank you, artists. You are very talented. But who can answer, what is the meaning of this tale?

P1: The crane and the fox are no longer friends because they thought about themselves. The fox could not eat the soup from the jug and the crane could not eat porridge from the plate.
