Get ready for the lesson, please! I am waiting for you to be quiet.

Good afternoon, boys and girls! I am glad to see you!

– How are you? Are you fine? All of you here? Who is absent?

– Let’s begin our lesson. 


Warm – up. I want you to listen to the poem.

I love all kinds of animals

Dogs and cats and rabbits

I love all kinds of animals

Despite there little habits.


II. Basic of the lesson.

-What poem is about?

-The poem is about pets. I think it is to care about animals, to love them and to be always there for them.

Well done! I know you love animals. Today we continue to speak about pets. The theme of our lesson is “I have got (a dog, a cat)”. I think it will be interesting.

III. Checking the home task.

What was your home task? Are you ready for the lesson?

Activity 2 – Focus on grammar. Have/has got
Сегодня ребята мы с вами поговорим о глаголах have / has. А вспомнить нам их правильное употребление помогут сами братья-глаголы!

Братцы have и has – родня,

Очень дружная семья.

Если знаем их – сумеем

Рассказать мы, что имеем.

Очень важно всем вам знать,

Когда have и has сказать.

Это требует уменья

Вспомнить все местоименья,

Семь коротких важных слов,

Повторить ты их готов?

I, you, he, she, it, we, they.

Братец have у нас трудяга,

Просто-напросто бедняга,

Он работает вовсю,

Встал он с “I” и встал он с “you”.

Посмотри-ка поскорей,

Have теперь и с we” и “they”.

Братец has еще малыш,

Но такой уже крепыш.

Свое дело твердо знает:

Он работу выполняет –

Слово has у нас стоит:

Со словами he, she, it.

-- Great! But I don’t know any parrots’ names.

-- There are many of them: Guy, Scamper, Shipley, Shirley.

-- Good! I’ll buy this parrot!
