T: Good morning, dear children! Sit down! Who is on duty today? What date is it today? Who is absent today?What day is it today?What season is it now? What’s the weather like today?
I'll give you the cards and your task is to show the written phrases without any words, other should understand what you are talking about (jumping kitten, blue cow, little bag, striped boy, crying bee, running girl, orange window, lazy tree, grey sky, cold sun).

As you already know the theme of our lesson is "Getting to know each other”. Open your books on page 9.
Ex. 1, 2 p. 9 Work with the new words.
Study the memory map from ex. 3 p. 9 and write down the ideas which come to your mind. How do you think what is it about?
Ex. 5 p. 10 Look through the text and write out all the words you don’t know, consult their meaning with the dictionary.
Now let’s read and translate the text. Answer the questions:
