Aims of the lesson

To practice pupils’ monological and dialogical speech, to teach pupils to work creatively and introduce new words, expressions according to the theme. To enrich pupils’ knowledge with new words, to improve pronunciation and to develop oral speech. To bring up pupils’ interests in any places and to widen their scope, to help them to love and respect foreign languages, to teach the pupils to share their opinions.

The results

Students will share their thoughts more easily because of a group work, they will write sentences without mistakes, they will be interested in the lesson.

The main idea

Introduction: 1) Dividing into groups: Ss are divided into 4 groups of 5 Ss. They are to choose the card on which there is name city (London, Belfast, Cardiff, Edinburgh )

2)Now Ss how do you think what is the theme of today’s lesson?

3)WARM –UP.
Write the words under the right column.

4)Introduce with new words

1)Ss are divided into 4 groups. Those who have the same city form on the group.
