We are going to speak about animals.

T: - What animals live on the Earth? How do we divide them?

T: - Yes, you are right and now try to divide them into domestic and wild.

 8)  Look at the blackboard. Read and translate it, please.

Where do animals live? Our planet is home for many animals.

T:  -  Children, you have worked very much. Let’s have a rest. Stand up and repeat the actions  after me all together.

 12)  My dears, today we’ll introduce with the new words by theme “Animals are in danger”. Please, repeat

       after me.

P: - It has got many problems.

T: - What problems of the environment do you know?

P: - Pollution, litter, animals and plants become extinct.

T: - Very good. Look at the picture and guess what problem we’re going to speak today?

P: - Today we’re going to talk about animals which are in danger in our days.

T: - You are right. We’re going to discuss endangered animals and try to help solve the problem. To the end of 

       the lesson you’ll know about the animals which are in danger, will be able to find the ways how you will 

       protect them.

 14)   Today, I’ve got a letter from WWF- WORLD WILDLIFE FUND. IT IS A LARGE INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION.  WWF  has been working since 1961.  It has raised 45 million for suppoting National Parks in 5 continents. Work in groups with the text.  Read the text and complete the chart below.

16)   It’s a caver. I’ll give you pages You must make a poster  and you may decorate your album with the animals’ pictures or photos. Discuss endangered animals and try to help solve the problem. how can  you help these animals What will never do? And what will we always do?

For the 2nd group   must take care of nature. And you must save wild animals  and guess what problem we’re going to speak today? ?-5 min. T: - Very good?

      lesson?  Let’s make a smile on it. __________ (name), you were the best today, come to the blackboard and 

     do it. All the rest were good too, so come here, write your favourite animals and put them on the earth. (Сабаққа ең

  1. It lives in the house. It likes fish  and meat. (a cat)

It lives in the forest. It likes bananas. (a monkey)

It is very big and grey. (an elephant)

 This animal like grass. It is a domestic animal. It gives us milk. (a cow)

 This animal lives at

home or in the street. It is the man’s friend. (a dog)

 

  1. It eats carrots. It has got long ears. (rabbit)
  2. It lives in the jungle and it can climb, swim and run very fast. (lion)
  3. This animal looks like a big cat. It lives in the jungle. (tiger)
  4. It needs very little water and it lives in the desert. (camel)
  5. The animal that sleeps all winter in a den. (bear)
  6. It lives in Africa and India. It eats grass, leaves. (elephant)

22)   Let’s say the complement about our animals

 23)  You must make a poster and present it. The  group “Wild animals” will find what we Should Do and the 

       group “Domestic animals” what we Shouldn’t Do.

T: - Dear boys and girls! I’m glad to see you. Today we’ll have a very interesting lesson. I hope everybody will enjoy it. Let’s greet each other. (They stand face to face in pairs).







2 ) Establishing rules of the group.

T: - At the beginning of the lesson I want to ask your attention to these rules, you should follow them.

The Golden Rules:



3 ) Let’s start. What’s it.?-The Earth, Planet ….. The World!!!

Now children I’ll give you the puzzle to guess the theme of our lesson.

4 ) I want to begin the lesson with the epigraph……..





5) Let’s continue our lesson. Today we’ll speak about animals of our Planet. Listen and be attentive. I have got a magic monkey. I’ll ask you some questions. First think then speak. Are you ready? Let’s begin.


-Do you like animals?


-What is your favourite animal?

-Have you got any pets?


-What do you know about wild animals? Name some of them.

-What kind of domestic animals do you know?


-What’s your dog’s name?

-Does it like meat?


Does it like bones?


Can you describe your dog?


-Can you describe your cat ?

-What color is your dog?


-Do you go for a walk with your dog?

-Is it clever?





6) Division of pupils into groups.

T: - I’ll divide you into 2 groups.

The 1st group will be “Wild animals”. Your group will be “Domestic animals”. Thank you
