Пояснительная записка

1. Назначение итогового контроля

Экзаменационные тесты по английскому языку за 6 класс разработаны на основе программы основного общего образования по иностранным языкам (английский язык), учебника для 6 класса В.П.Кузовлева «Английский язык».

Контроль проводится с целью определения уровня освоения учащимися 6 класса предметного содержания курса английского языка и выявления элементов содержания, вызывающих наибольшие затруднения.

2. Структура и содержание итоговой контрольной работы

Итоговая контрольная работа состоит из двух разделов: контроль сформированности навыков чтения, контроль сформированности лексико-грамматических навыков.

Пояснительная записка

1. Назначение итогового контроля

Экзаменационные тесты по английскому языку за 6 класс разработаны на основе программы основного общего образования по иностранным языкам (английский язык), учебника для 6 класса В.П.Кузовлева «Английский язык».

Контроль проводится с целью определения уровня освоения учащимися 6 класса предметного содержания курса английского языка и выявления элементов содержания, вызывающих наибольшие затруднения.

2. Структура и содержание итоговой контрольной работы

Итоговая контрольная работа состоит из двух разделов: контроль сформированности навыков чтения, контроль сформированности лексико-грамматических навыков.

3. Характеристики используемых текстов

Чтение: аутентичные тексты. Объем каждоготекста – 150- 250 слов.

Тексты, используемые для заданий всех разделов, отвечают следующим требованиям:

- выбранный отрывок характеризуется законченностью, внешней связностью и внутренней осмысленностью;

- содержание учитывает возрастные особенности детей 12-13лет;

- текст не перегружен информативными элементами: терминами, именами собственными, цифровыми данными;

- содержание не дискриминирует учащихся по религиозному, национальному и другим признакам;

- языковая сложность текстов соответствует заявленному уровню.


4. Распределение заданий комплексного контроля по планируемым результатам

Читать и понимать запрашиваемую информацию в учебных и несложных аутентичных текстах, построенных в основном на изученном языковом материале.

Все задания в экзаменационном тесте оценивается по балльной системе, т. е. каждый правильный ответ оценивается в один балл. Максимальное количество баллов-24.

Задание с кратким ответом или с выбором ответа считается выполненным, если записанный ответ совпадает с эталоном.

В случае, если в заданиях обведены 2 и более ответов к одному тестовому заданию (возможно, в том числе правильный), выставляется 0 баллов.

За неверный ответ или отсутствие ответа в любом задании выставляется 0 баллов. Ответы необходимо занести в бланк ответов.

Инструкция к выполнению каждого задания дается на русском языке, т. к. чтение инструкции не должно создавать дополнительной сложности для учащихся.

Учащимся дается 40 минут для выполнения теста. Пользоваться словарем разрешается.

К тесту прилагаются ключи для проверки правильности выполнения заданий учащимися.

A Long Way to Travel for Your Dinner.

This is an Arctic tern. It is not a very big bird. It is only about six inches (16 centimetres) from its bright red beak to its tail. But soon this small bird will begin a wonderful journey. It will fly from one end of the Earth to the other – a journey of about 12,000 miles (18,000 kilometres).

The tern spends the summer in the Arctic, but it cannot spend the winter there. It is too cold and there is no food. If the turns stays in the Arctic, it will die.

In autumn the Arctic tern will leave the North Pole and fly south across the equator to the South Pole. When spring comes again in the northern hemisphere, the tern will come back to the Arctic.

How do this small birds make this wonderful journey? We don’t know the answer. Perhaps they use the sun, the moon and the stars as a compass. If it is cloudy or foggy, the birds will not migrate. In its life, an Arctic tern travels as far as to the moon and back. That’s a long way to travel for your dinner!

Chocolate came from Mexico. The Aztecs there drank chocolate with pepper! The Spanish brought chocolate to Europe and they were first to put sugar in it. Until the 1870s, chocolate was only a drink. The Swiss made the first bar of chocolate in 1876.

Tomatoes, peppers and avocados all came from Mexico, too. The Spanish took seeds back to Spain and started to grow the plants there. Soon they spread to other countries in Europe and then to other parts of the world. The words tomato, chocolate and avocado all come from the old Aztec language.

Potatoes came from South America. Potatoes like cold, wet weather. They grew in the mountains of Peru. Coffee came from Africa. The Turks took it to Turkey and then to Europe. Tea came from China in the 17th century. At first it was very expensive and only rich people drank it, but in the 19th century the British started to grow tea in India. They produced a lot, so it was cheap and everybody could drink it.

The knights were afraid and they did not want to fight the dragon. King Beowulf was an old man but he went to the dragon’s cave with his men and killed the ugly monster.
