The Queen is popular with the British Buckingham palace

The Houses of Parliament is the symbol of London . Big Ben is the large clock in one of the tower of the Houses of Parliament.

Tower Bridge is one of London’s most famous symbols. From Tower Bridge you get fantastic views of London

Stonehenge is one of the most famous historic places in the world

• When we think of Scotland we imagine :

Scotland’s national instrument is the bagpipes. The piper is wearing a skirt, called a kilt. To make a kilt, you need about 6м of tartan!

He who has not seen Scotland does not really know Great Britain.

Scotland is rich in beautiful lakes.

Loch Ness is the most famous lake in Scotland . it is 35 kilometers long . It attracts millions of tourists by its legendary monster. (9 meters )

Wales is the country of princes and castles

In 1301 Edward 1 of England made his son Prince of Wales in Caernarvon Castle

Northern Ireland

There is a famous Giant’s Causeway (мостовая) in Northern Ireland. It has 40 000 stone columns.

Выводы:

• Незабываемые впечатления подарит путешествие по живописным странам Великобритании.
• Каждая из них по праву гордится многовековыми традициями, историей, дивной природой, музеями и монументами, праздниками и фестивалями.
• Гипотеза подтвердилась! Великобритания –

удивительная страна!
