План-конспект открытого урока для 9 класса «Рождение Иисуса Христа» («The Birth of Jesus”)

Тема урока: «The Birth of Jesus Christ”

Практическая задача урока:

1. Познакомить учащихся с лексикой Библии на английском языке.

2. Организовать чтение и проверку понимания текста Евангельской истории на основе Евангелия от Луки 1,2 главы.

Воспитательная задача:

1. Воспитание уважительного отношения учащихся к традиционным в России христианским конфессиям.

2. Формирование потребности и способности к сотрудничеству и взаимопомощи при парной работе и работе в группах.

3. Формирование терпимого отношения и уважение мнения другого человека.

Образовательная задача:

Знакомство с Евангельской историей Рождения Иисуса Христа через призму библейской истории.

Развивающая задача: способствовать развитию у учащихся навыка межпредметного изучения Библейской истории с помощью английского языка 

Оснащение урока:

Презентация “The Birth of Jesus”, цветные слайды с теоретическим материалом.

Новый завет на английском языке.

Англо-русские словари.

Ход урока:

I этап: Организация класса (5 минут)

Приветствие: Hello, boys and girls! This week Christians in many countries of Europe celebrate Christmas – one of two main Christian Holidays. Today we’ll learn a lot about the story of Jesus’ Birth in the historical aspect.

II этап: Вводное задание для самостоятельной работы учащихся.

Учитель: Let’s read the first two chapters of the Gospel of Luke in English, using only your dictionaries. You should divide into two groups – the 1^st group would read the 1^st chapter, the 2^nd group will read the 2^nd chapter of the Gospel. After that both groups will present their part of the Story.

III этап: Самостоятельное чтение Евангелия по группам (10 минут)

IV этап: Презентации групп (10 минут)

V этап: Презентация учителя с использованием слайдов. (10 минут)

Учитель предлагает классу пройти лёгкую викторину на основе изученного материала.

Заключительный этап урока: Подведение итогов урока (5 минут).
Предложить учащимся вспомнить новую лексику, работая в парах – называть слова по-английски, а напарнику – переводить слова. Каждая пара должна назвать минимум 14 слов или имён:

The Star

Matthew emphasizes the Star – reminding the Jews that a star announced the birth of Abraham and Moses

Only the Wise Men saw the Star. The Star may have been literal or a symbol for frequent visitations from an angel who guided the Wise Men.
