“We Learn English” the competition of knowledge between

the 2^nd classes

Aims:

to teach children to be proud of the mother tongue, to develop pupils abilities in speaking, to develop communicative competence, creative abilities through different kinds of activities.
To develop pupils logical thinking and oral speech.
To bring up pupils to be honest, kind and respect their friends.

Subject connection: Kazakh

Methods of the lesson: Questions-answers, group work.

Visual aids: the interactive board, pictures, the computer.

Procedure of the lesson

Dear teachers and guests welcome to our “We learn English”, competition. Although there are about three thousand languages in the world, English is widespread. It is the official language countries. Learning English is becoming important for everyone because we live in real life and we should know what is going on around us in the world. Today the Republic of Kazakhstan is integrating in the world community and the problem of Learning English for the purpose of communication is especially important for us. Now you are learning English and if you want to know it well you should always work hard. We are very happy to see you at our competition will how your achievements and your knowledge of the matter. Let me introduce our juries. We ask you, juries not be critical and forgive our participants mistakes they may make. Now, I will introduce you with the process of the game. Our game consists of 4 stages.
