Внеклассное мероприятие по английскому языку «Step by step».
Aim: To demonstrate the pupils’ knowledge on the themes “The degrees of comparison”.
1. Educational: to form the knowledge of using the new lexical and grammar material in speech.
2. Developing: to enrich pupil’s vocabulary, to practice pronunciation, to develop logical thinking in English, to develop skills in reading.
3. Bringing –up: to bring up the love and respect to each other and English grammar.
The procedure of the competition:
Teacher: Good afternoon, all the guests and participants of our competition “Step by step”. Today the pupils of the 6th forms will show us everything they can and know. Let me introduce our participants:

The 3rd team is “The brightest”,
The 4th team is “The best”.

The 4th round is “Find the hidden words”. Your task is to find the words, which are given here in Russian language. You must find the names of animals. Please, take pencils and try to find as much as possible.

The 5th round is to “Find the opposites”. Look at the interactive board, please! Each team has 5 adjectives, which you must to find.
