Lesson objectives

All learners will be able to: learn a new vocabulary and pronounce; make up the sentences with the teacher’s support;

Identify the general information

Most learners will be able to:

make up the sentences using new vocabulary with a little support; give the own opinion in monologic speech; identify the general and some of specific information

Some learners will be able to: make up the sentences using new vocabulary without any support; make up the dialogue using the given information; identify all types of information; respond to answers ;give the own opinion


Success criteria

  • Make up complex interrogative sentences to get information about the topic

  • Provide a point of view in conversations and discussions

  • Apply topic related vocabulary in speech appropriately arranging words and phrases into well-formed sentences

  • Recognize factual details in a given argument related to the topic

My name is Omar and I am a pupil of the seventh form. I live in London. My native language is English. But I also speak Spanish and French. French is beautiful , but difficult language. I have problems with pronunciation, but I try. I have been learning Spanish for 2 years. My parents say that the learning of languages will help in the future. Foreign languages are absolutely necessary for people nowadays, because of our growing international contacts with foreign countries. I like English and that is why it is one of my favorite subjects. Learning a foreign language is not an easy thing. It is a long and slow process that takes a lot of time and efforts. Besides of the pronunciation, I can’t make up the sentences in French and remember new words.
