Hitchhiking around the World Автостопом по планете Смотр знаний, полученных на уроках английского языка студентами 1-3 курсов. Использование проектной работы как средства обучения студентов коммуникативной культуре (открытый урок). Форма урока: смотр знаний, презентация мини-проектов. Продолжительность: 1пара (2 часа) Цели урока: активация знаний имеющиеся в опыте студентов, полученные на уроках английского языка или на уроках по другим дисциплинам, а также из литературы, газет, телепередач, по темам: «Страны изучаемого языка», профессиональным темам: «Треугольник пожара», «Экология», «ДТП на дорогах», «Правила дорожного движения», «Профессия пожарного, механика, технолога и др.». Задачи урока: 1. Повторить и закрепить активную лексику. 2. Развивать коммуникабельность, самостоятельность; умение соперничать; способность к логическому изложению, формированию выводов; навыки говорения и перевода, сравнения и классификации; умение анализировать, обобщать, делать выводы. 3. Воспитывать положительное, уважительное отношения к культуре США, России и Великобритании. Оборудование и оснащение урока: ? DVD-плеер; ? магнитофон; ? компьютер; ? раздаточный материал к 12 заданиям; ? заготовки для мини-проектов; ? фломастеры и листы чистой бумаги; ? «активный английский» для студентов. Участники: две сборные команды 1-3 курсов из 3-х отделений. Режим работы: фронтально-групповой, в парах, индивидуально. Ход урока: I. Introduction. Организационный момент. Установка преподавателя. Знакомит с «Language Support», представляет жюри, вручает путевые листы, определяет порядок участия путешествующих автостопом. II. Warm-Up Activities. Активная деятельность на уроках. Task № 1. Задание № 1 Разминка. Стук в дверь, вбегают два студента, опоздавшие представляют себя (образец высказывания). 1. Hi! I am Oleg. I am a second – year student of our Polytechnical School. I have a very attractive idea! Let’s hitchhike around the world. There are plenty of opportunities: we may visit as many places as we like. We won’t have to book tickets and hotel rooms in advance. Hitchhiking will be exciting! 2. Hi! I am Maxim. I am a third-year student and I also prefer hitchhiking. Hundreds of companies are willing to help me if I am planning to go somewhere. The United States sent ships to the area this morning. Russia protested in the United Nations. 2. The Scottish police are looking for two climbers in the Highlands. The climbers left yesterday morning to climb Ben Nevis. It began to snow heavily yesterday afternoon. The police sent out a search party yesterday evening.
