T: You are form different countries. Each country has its history, traditions and sights. What sights do you know?

T: You are right. But in Ancient times there were also the sights that wondered the people. Look the presentation about the Seven Wonder of the World.

T: What do you think of these sights? I think they are very old. We must add some new Wonders. How do you think about what we will speak today?

T: Hello, ladies and gentlemen! Take your seat, please. We welcome you to London. London is one of the largest cities in the world. About seven million people live here. London is more than two thousand years old. London’s most famous sights are Tower Bridge, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, Trafalgar Square and St.Paul’s Cathedral. You will see all these places and much more of London from our red double-decker.
2. We start from Trafalgar Square. On the column in the centre there is a statue of Admiral Nelson who defeated the French at the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805.
3.To the left of us you can see the National Gallery. It has a fine collection of European paintings. Now we are coming to Piccadilly Circus. It is meeting point of six streets.
3. We’ve just passed Piccadilly Circus and now we are making our way to Buckingham Palace. It is the residence of the Queen. When the flag is flying on the top she is at home.
4.Look, they are changing the Guard. It happens every day at 11:30 a.m.
5. We have just turned left and you can see St. James’s Park. It is one of the royal parks. Here you can see pelicans and ducks. There are a lot of parks and gardens in London. In Regent’s Park there is the London Zoo. It is one of the biggest zoos in the world.
6. In front of you there are the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. The Houses of Parliament is the seat of the British government. Big Ben is one of the most famous clocks in the world.
7. In a moment you can see magnificent Westminster Abbey. It is royal church. British monarchs are crowned in it.
8. Now we are crossing Tower Bridge over the river Thames. From here you can see the Tower of London. It was a fortress, a palace, a prison, a royal zoo. Now it is a museum. The ravens are another famous sight. A special man, Beefeater feeds them. The legend says that without the ravens the Tower will fall.
9. St. Paul’s Cathedral. It was designed by the architect Sir Christopher Wren. Many famous people are buried there.
10: We are now going along Fleet Street to the Strand. On the right you’ll see Covent Garden. It was a big fruit and vegetable market. It is now a tourist shopping centre with cafes and restaurants. We’ll stop here so that you can go shopping. Our tour has finished. I hope very much that you have enjoyed this tour of London. Thank you and goodbye.
