Тема урока: «Знамениты британцы»

Цель: развитие навыков коммуникативной компетенции учащихся путём вовлечения их в активную речевую деятельность, способствующую развитию их восприятия, внимания, языковой памяти, воображения, интуитивного и логического мышления, умения творческого использования приобретённых УУД

Задачи:

Образовательные: проверить сформированность навыков и умений  в чтении, говорении и аудировании по теме урока. Знакомство с новой лексикой по теме урока.

Развивающие: развивать механизм языковой догадки, формировать языковые, интеллектуальные и познавательные способности.

Воспитательные: формировать потребность пользоваться английским языком как средством общения.

                                               Ход урока:                                                                             

                     I.Организационный момент, введение темы  

I.1 Good morning children! Sit down please.

     What date is it today?

    What is the weather like today?

(the students answers the question)

I.2 Please look at the screen. What pictures do you see? Can you guess the topic of our lesson? ( портреты известных людей )

You are right. We are going to speak about famous people.

Why do we call this people famous? You may find the answers in the conversation from ex 115 p 104.  I’ll give you a few min

                           ( предполагаемые ответы  детей)

1. I think, that we can call people famous if they always on TV screens
2. If they are famous actors or writers or well-known sportsmen 

     3) As for me, in general famous people are those who did something     important in history        

II. Актуализация грамматических навыков по теме «NOUN SUFFIXES»

II.1 There are people of different professions among celebrities. Do you know the suffixes of the nouns meaning professions ( er, ist, ian, or)

Let’s revise the names of some professions with these suffixes. You can use the information from ex 117 P 105  

1. Musician, politician
2. Driver, composer
3. Architect    etc.

II.2 Look at the board. Create as many words as possible using these suffixes:

                               IAN, IST, ER, ECT, OR

II.3 Now, look at the board ( фотографии знаменитостей)  Lets name famous British People.

Look at the board (фотографии знаменитостей), open your books at page 105 ex118. Listen to three dialogues and match each dialogue with one of the photographs.

1.Today we have remembered some famous British People.
