Now let’s compare it with that on the blackboard. Here are physical inactivity, eating sweets, eating wholemeal bread, eating high fibre food, eating low fat food, dieting and exercising. Some of which you have just mentioned but pay your attention on these ones. Now let’s try to think what are the worst ones? And name seven worst health habits people can have.
