Цель этого урока – закрепление языкового материала по теме “Hobby”

Поставлены следующие задачи:

1. Образовательная: - - Совершенствование речевых навыков ( чтение,

говорение).

- Взаимообучение и взаимоконтроль в процессе работы в группе. -

- Активизация лексических единиц,

2. Развивающая: - Формирование коммуникативных способностей.

- Развитие способности к сравнению, сопоставлению, догадке.

- Развитие памяти, логического мышления.

- Развитие творческих способностей обучающихся

-  Раcширение  кругозора.

- Использование компьютера на уроке английского языка.

3. Воспитательная: - Воспитание культуры общения, умение выслушать собеседника.

- Формирование потребности в коллективной работе.

- Духовно-нравственное воспитание обучающихся.

Тип урока: урок – закрепление знаний


Методы обучения: объяснительно-иллюстративный, проблемный, коммуникативный. контроль


Формы учебной деятельности: индивидуальная, парная, групповая, фронтальная.


Вид урока: урок - самореализации


Технологии обучения: личностно-ориентированная (технология взаимообучения, сотрудничества), здоровьесберегающая технология, информационная технология.


Средства обучения: компьютер, диапроектор, аудиозапись, картины-слайды по теме, раздаточный материал (карточки с заданиями, речевые фразы), учебник.

Доска: высказывания «Hobbies differ like tastes», «Active life and interesting hobbies make you feel happy»; картины с изображением различных хобби.


Форма урока: комбинированная.

1.Introduction

Teacher: Good afternoon, dear boys and girls! Hello, dear guests! Nice to see you! How are you? Who is on duty today? Who is absent today? What date is it today? What season is it now? It is autumn? What the weather like today?

Is it cold today? Is it sunny today?

2. Warm-up activities

Teacher: Great. Let’s start our lesson. Well, friends, to begin with, have a look at the blackboard, please. Here is a puzzle for you to do.
Name all the words in the pictures; take only the first letter of each word and you will read the topic of our lesson. For example, a Horse – letter «H»….. (Вывешивается буква P на магнит).
P1, P2, P3 …. Orange– «O», Book-«B», Bear-«B», Ice-cream – «I», Elephant – «E»,  Sun – «S»,
Teacher: So, what key word have we got?  You are right. Now write the date and our topic « Hobbies»

There are many kinds of leisure activities. Today we are going to talk about them. At the lesson we ”ll

  • play the game “Guess the Hobby”

  • answer and ask questions

  • play the game “True. False.”

  • write a test and read the text.

What is a hobby? Read please!

A hobby is something you like to do in your free time.

Teacher: «Hobbies differ like tastes»,

«Active life and interesting hobbies make you feel happy»

Many people have pastimes. You also have them. Yes. At the end of the lesson you will talk about them.

Try to remember as many hobbies as you can. The world of hobbies is on my table. I want you to go to the blackboard and complete the spidergram. . Who will be the first?

Teacher: Do you have free time?

S1-Yes, I do. I have a lot of free time.
Teacher: What do you like to do?
S2 :I like playing computer games.
And what about you, ….?
S3: I enjoy doing sports . And you, ... ?
And so on..

  1. T: Let’s play the game “Guess the Hobby”.

OK, very good. The next task for you. You are to read short texts and guess what hobby is it? Is it clear?

1) T: I know some people who like to watch different kinds of programmes or films. (watching TV)

2) T: Such people like to visit different cities, towns and historical places. Some people even visit other countries. They can go by car, by plane, by train, by bus or on foot. ( travelling)

3) T: People like to spend their free time near the rivers or lakes . They often go there with their friends or relatives . They can have a picnic there. They go usually there in summer but some people like to go there in winter too .(fishing)

4) T: This hobby is interesting and useful. People try to find or buy different things such as stamps, badges, coins, pictures and dolls.. This hobby helps people to make new friends and to learn some new things about countries and lands, animals and birds, famous people and historical events.(collecting)

6) T: People like to go to the library. Some of them have a good collection of books at home. And they are really proud of it. They can have different books: fiction, historical novels, books about animals and birds, books about different countries. Their hobby helps them to relax, to learn the world and understand people better. (reading)

T: Well done.

I want you to be attentive and active now. I want to guess what hobby you have. If my sentence is true you’ll l show me this card (TRUE) and if my sentence is false you’ll show me this card (FALSE).

Englishmens Hobbies

Some English people are fond of photography, reading and travelling. They like collecting things. Others are interested in watching films. Gardening is one of the most popular hobbies in England. People spend much time on sport. Football is the national sport in Britain. Music is also a popular pastime. Many English people enjoy travelling.

T: Let’s check your homework. Your task was to retell about your hobbies Who wants to retell us about it?

1. There are different hobbies in people’s lives. Dancing is my hobby. Dancing is great. It makes our life happier and interesting. I want to show you dancing.

2. I would speak about my hobby. My hobby is skiing. I like sport very much. My favourite subject at school is Physical Education. My favourite teacher is Makarov P.V. This year I have taken the first place in the district Olympiad in Physical Education.

3. There are different hobbies in the world. Painting is my hobby. I like to draw very much. My favourite subject at school is Art. Painting is great. I want to show you my pictures.


4. Music is my hobby; I like to sing very much. I am fond of music. Music is great. It makes our life interesting.

5. I would speak about my hobby. My hobby is riding a bike. I like to ride in summer. My favourite subject at school is Physical Education. I want to keep fit, strong. I think sport is our life.

6. I am fond of singing.

7. I enjoy dancing.

P1:My hobby is listen to music.I like rock very much.

P2:It’s wonderful.


4. P1:Have you got a hobby?

P2:Y es, of course. My hobby is fishing. And what is your hobby?

P1:My hobby is sport. I like rollskating.

P2:That’s great.


5. P1: What do you prefer doing in your free time?

P2:I do judo.I like sport very well. Do you have a hobby?

P1:Yes, I do. My hobby is playing computer games.
