I Warm up:

-Hello! Today we’ll speak about visits of Partners to different countries

-What do we usually do meeting our Partners?

- Yes, we greet them and ask some common grestions about wither, their mood and express your wish to have contacts with.

- Listen to some dialogues

a)- How do you Mrs. How? I’m very pleased to meet you

-Won’t you sit down, please?

-Yes, lovely. How are you getting?

-Just fine, thank you.

-Very good. I’d obliged if you could give me your latest catalogue.

-Thanks

b)- Will you take your seats please?

- Oh, yes; wonderful. Can I help you?

-I’ll be happy to help to you.

c)How do you do, Mrs. How? Take your seats, please, won’t you?

-Yes, very nice. How is business, Mr. Brown?

-I’m very sorry about it, but I hope it’ll change for the best.

-All right. What have you got to say, Mrs. How?

1.Представьтесь. Скажите, что г-н Павлов сейчас в Москве. Пригласите сесть. Узнайте, что волнует г-на Хау. Узнав, что он хочет знать наше мнение по поводу их оборудования, ответьте, что г-н Павлов обсудит этот вопрос в Москве с нашими инженерами и когда вернется, свяжется с г-ном Хау. Попрощайтесь, сказав, что были очень рады познакомиться с г-ном Хау.

2.Представьтесь. Скажите, что вы в Манчестере по другому делу, но г-н Петров просил вас зайти к –гну Брауну и передать последние каталоги нашего нового оборудования. Узнав, что г-н Петров звонил г-ну Брауну и сообщил обо всем, скажите, что вы были очень рады познакомиться с ним и попрощайтесь.

3.Поздоровайтесь, скажите, что сегодня прекрасная погода, узнайте, как себя чувствует г-н Холл, в ответ на его вопрос скажите, что вы себя чувствуете прекрасно. Сообщите, что вы послали все документы в Москву и надеетесь, что наши инженеры скоро изучат их. Вы думаете, что г-ну Холлу придется тогда поехать в Москву. Скажите, что вы позвоните в понедельник утром. Узнав, что г-на Холла не будет на месте, договоритесь на среду после обеда.

4.Поздоровайтесь, скажите, что рады увидеться с г-ном Грином снова. Спросите, как он поживает. Ответьте, что у вас все в порядке. На предложение выпить чашечку кофе ответьте положительно. Скажите, что с вами приехали ещё два инженера, и что они хотели бы посетить их завод. Договоритесь, что г-н Грин устроит это посещение и позвонит вам во вторник утром, чтобы подтвердить это. Поблагодарите его и попрощайтесь.

Steve: Thanks.

Secretary: Mr. Jackson is waiting for you. Do you know where his office is?

Steve: Oh sure, thank you.

Secretary: Hello, Steve, it’s so nice to see you. Sit down, please.

Steve: Thanks, Nick. How are you getting on?

Jackson Quite all right , thanks. And what about you?

Steve: Everything is all right too. In fact I want to talk to you about my business.

Jackson: Oh, I’ll be glad to do something for you.

Steve: Well, nick. I need some legal advice. John and I are thinkinh of incorporating.

Jackson: You are going to expand, aren’t you? It seems that your partnership has been doing very well.

Steve: I see. The corporation acts like a person. It has the right of an individual.

Jackson: You are right.
