 The theme of the research work is " The Pride of Kazakhstan." In this research work Mirantaeva Mukhlisa used following methods : theoretical methods of research and collation of data in the course of which has been studying the life and career of the world-famous filmmaker Timur Bekmambetov.

The author of the work carried out to monitor biography and career of Timur Bekmambetov through the resources on the Internet, articles in journals and interviews in various media. A very interesting information about the ten most famous films of genius director is given in this work .

 Subject that made the author interested in is relevant today. The life story of a simple Kazakh guy who has reached incredible heights in the global film industry evokes a feeling of pride and a desire to set high goals and achieve them, in spite of nothing.

Here and there in different corners of our vast country there are nuggets ,which glorifies our country to the world. they are athletes, fashion designers , musicians and so on. For Example:

14-year-old Kazakh composer and pianist, Rakhat-Bi Abdysagin was awarded the first prize at the International Composers' Competition in Yalta. Young talent from Almaty performed at the competition two of his works. One of them - called "Crying migratory birds" - caused special delight of the audience and the jury

A new project of Emir Baigazin"The Wounded Angel" got an award at the Berlin Film Market ARTE 2014.

Timur Bekmambetov - one of the most famous film directors of modern Kazakhstan and CIS. His films have been successfully broadcasted in Eastern Europe and in the countries of the Western world. Starring roles in many films Bekmambetov performs to the first stars of world cinema. These facts make the works of this talented director from Atyrau truly unique. But what is the secret of such a dizzying success? We will try to understand this, and follow the path of the life of Timur Nuruahitovich, within our competition.

 The early years. Childhood and family.

 Future famous director was born in the city Guriev, which today is called Atyrau. His family was multinational, but because of it we certainly need to say a few words. Paternal, director is Kazakh. It is noteworthy that his family`s lineage goes back to ancient khans, whose race can be traced to the tenth century. And his mother was originally from Belarus.

After graduating from high school number 17 in Guryev, our today's hero moved to Moscow, where he entered the Moscow Power Engineering Institute. Timur took such a decision at the insistence of his father, who worked in the energy sector all his life. However, having studied in the MEI several years, the future director understood that it was not his real dream, and started looking for a new path in life. In order to take some time to think, Bekmambetov went to the army, where he spent two years in the artillery division, near Ashgabat. It was during this period that he first began seriously to get involved in the arts. A young guy after demobilization left in Uzbekistan, he settled for a while in Tashkent, where for several years he worked as an artist in the theater "Ilkhom". Having get practical experience in this field, in the early eighties Timur Bekmambetov went to the studio of "Uzbekfilm", where also worked for a time. It is noteworthy that in this period our hero has got acquainted with other well-known artist - actor Victor Verzhbitsky. Together they worked in Uzbekistan, and then began to engage with the implementation of new film projects. Currently Verzhbitsky acteded almost in all moviesof Bekmambetov. But let's not get ahead ...In 1982, Timur Bekmambetov entered the Tashkent Theatre and Art Institute. Ostrovsky, and graduated it successfully five years later . Today Timur Bekmambetov married to a girl named Barbara Avdyushko. His wife also works in the world of cinema, acting mainly as a producer and costume designer. Timur and Barbara have no children.
