The Kremlin From medieval citadel to modern power centre, the Moscow Kremlin has played a dominant role in Russian life for over eight hundred years.
The Lenin mausoleum is comparatively small from the outside but it has hidden depths. There are two underground floors to the structure, which used to house a rest area for VIPs and the Kremlin guards, and the laboratory.

The Cathedral of Christ the Saviour in Moscow is a cathedral of the Russian Orthodox Church. It is situated not far from the Kremlin on the left bank of the river Moscow
The Bolshoi Theatre The Bolshoi Theatre is the most famous theatre in Moscow. The theatre shows around 3-4 different operas and 2-3 ballets each year. The focus is on classical masterpieces from composers such as Mozart, Verdi, Wagner, and Tchaikovsky. Russian ballet is world famous and is an important part of the Russian culture.
The Tretyakov gallery is a unique museum where one can have a perfect chance to get acquainted with the best samples of the Russian art. The gallery was founded by Moscow Merchant Pavel Tretyakov, who began collecting the finest works of Russian artists in 1856. In August, 1892 Tretyakov presented the collection and the Gallery to the city of Moscow.
The Armoury contains plenty of treasures : weapons, imperial arms and regalia for the royal court, jewellery, icon frames and embroidery.
Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts This is Moscow’s premier foreign-art museum, split over three branches and showing off a broad selection of European works, including masterpieces from ancient civilisations, Italian Renaissance and Dutch Golden Age.
Maxim Gorky's Central Park of Culture & Leisure provides culture and leisure in all shapes and forms including cycling, rollerblading, beach volleyball, urban and extreme sports, table tennis.
The first public park in Moscow, Alexander Garden sits along the Kremlin’s western wall. Colourful flower beds and impressive Kremlin views make it a favourite strolling spot both for Muscovites and tourists.
Apart from the stunning views of beautiful landscapes and ponds, Tsaritsyno Park is also known for its palaces including the one that belonged to Catherine the Great.
The Ostankino Tower is currently the fifth tallest tower in the world. At tower top there is an observation deck to visit for excursion as well as a panorama restaurant “Sedmoye nebo”.
